Example Swim Meet Schedule

Quick notes about age groups:

6 & unders swim 15 yards (roughly 1/2 pool length)
6 & Unders may swim Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke
There is not a 6 & under division for relays, but some 6&unders may be allowed to participate in relay events (this is called swimming up)
All other age groups may swim Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly
7-10 year olds swim 25 yards (1 pool length)
11-18 year olds swim 50 yards (2 pool lengths)

4:30pm: Swimmers and Families Arrive
4:30pm - 5:00pm: Swimmer check-in and get swimmer numbers on arms
5:00pm - 5:30pm: Warmups
6:00pm: Start of Swim Meet
- Medley Relays (Age Groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18)
- Freestyle (All Age Groups)
