Hello Typhoons!

I apologize that this email did not get out last night. We do however need you to RSVP for your availability at this Tuesday's meet. Karl and I will be starting to make the lineups for the meet at 5pm and need all the RSVPs in order to do that.

There is no automatic setting. if you have not RSVP'd we will have to assume that you and your swimmer(s) will not be at the swim meet. 

The way to RSVP is by visiting https://dt-typhoons.swimtopia.com/swim_meets and clicking on Meet Entry. 

You then log in to your account with the information you used during registration. 

Once you are logged in click on Edit.

The list of swimmer(s) on the roster should appear. There is then a drop down menu that asks you the swimmer's availability. Once you have completed that for all your swimmers hit save. 

And then you're done!
