You are receiving this email because you are signed up to volunteer at our first away meet this Tuesday at Banbury Woods/Hunters Landing. (see the list below) Remember to arrive by 5:30, at the latest, so you are present for the brief volunteer meeting before the meet begins. Swimmers are expected to be at the pool no later than 5pm.

Please confirm with Lauren Kaiser that you are able to fulfill this responsibility. 

If something has changed, we understand, but please let her know ASAP. It is stressful and difficult to try and recruit volunteers at the last minute.
