Tomorrow is Swim Meet day so start getting excited. Here are a few things to remember.

Here is our AWAY Meet Schedule. Please be on time so the swim meet can start on time.

Directions and Parking

The Oak Park Pool is located at 4425 Oak Park Road, Raleigh. They have two parking lots. One is on the road before you can see the pool itself, and one is down the gravel driveway past the pool. The driveway is one-way, so if there is no parking available in the second lot, you will end up back on Oak Park Road and will need to take a right to head back toward the entrance to the pool. Parking is limited. Many cars end up parking on Oak Park Road on meet nights. Parking is also available on Connell Drive where it intersects with Fernham. There is a short walking path that connects the pool to Connell.

Concessions

Oak Park we will be serving Tamales from Raleigh Tamales for $5 (Chicken, Beef, Pork, or Bean & Cheese), Nachos for $3 (Add Taco Meat for $1), Hot Dogs for $3 (add homemade chili for $1), and Veggie Dogs along with a selection of snacks, sweets, fruit, and drinks for $1. Cash and cards are accepted. There is a $5 minimum to use a credit card.

Extra Events

Oak Park will be hosting a 25-yard butterfly for 6&U swimmers with a sweet treat at the end as well as a Coaches’ Relay at the conclusion of the meet. We encourage our 6&unders and our Coaches to participate! 

Deck Area and Facilities

Below is a map of the Oak Park pool deck. They will have some chairs set up in our team area, however, it is recommended that you bring your own folding chairs. Restrooms are available with showers and changing areas.
