We’re getting close to our last big hurrah of the season, the Typhoons end-of-season banquet! The Typhoons banquet is going to be held on the Durant Trails pool deck next Thursday, July 21st, at 6:00pm. During a typical banquet, we eat, we have fun in the pool, and most importantly, we recognize each and every swimmer for their very own specific accomplishments throughout the season. This is always a wonderful capstone to an already impressive and fun summer of swimming every year.
We will be serving some of the absolute BEST pizza in Raleigh from our very own sponsor, Babymoon Cafe. We will also be providing limited drinks and chips that were left over from concessions. To make sure our board members and coaches don’t eat all the pizza (seriously folks, it’s amazing), and that there’s enough for every adult and child, we’re asking you to RSVP for the banquet the same as you would for a swim meet.
