TYPHOONS COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT

Everyone join us in welcoming Emily Tanner back as the assistant head coach for the 2025 summer swim season!

She’s been a member of the Typhoons for 13 years and 2025 will mark her 5th year coaching, and her 2nd as assistant head coach. She has previous experience with year-round competition, swimming a multitude of years for Wave. Emily is a Freshman at Roanoke college, where she completed her season swimming for the college swim team.

We’re so excited to have Coach Emily back. Her strength and coaching experience have been an overwhelming part of the team’s success the last few years, and we’re sure that 2025 will be no different!
