Hey Typhoon Families!

After a great performance last night, the Typhoons won the meet 275.5 - 228.5 over Hasentree. There were a total of 125 best times! Thank you to all of our volunteers for their help last night in running a smooth meet, and parents for cheering on their kids, and all the Typhoons. We are super happy with the progress our swimmers have made and their fast swims yesterday! 

Tomorrow we will be swimming an exhibition meet against Jewish Community Center at their pool! Please RSVP online by clicking HERE or through the SwimTopia app by following the RSVP instructions. Schedule

Here is our AWAY Meet Schedule. Please be on time so your swimmer can warm up and the meet can start on time.

5:00pm: Swimmers and families arrive at the visitor pool

5:00pm-5:30pm: Swimmer check-in and get swimmer numbers on arms

5:30pm-5:55pm: Warmups

5:55pm-6:00pm: Typhoons Cheer

6:00pm: Start of Swim Meet

- Medley Relays (Age Groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18

- Freestyle (All Age Groups)

- Backstroke (All Age Groups)

- Breaststroke (All Age Groups)

- Butterfly (Age Groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18)

- Freestyle Relays (Age Groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18)

8:45pm-9:30pm: End of Swim Meet

Directions, Seating, and Parking

JCC's pool is located at 12804 Norwood Rd, Raleigh, NC 27613. The pool parking lot is the first right after you enter the David R. Kahn campus gates. There should be plenty of parking - if not, you can park in the small lot on Kahn Campus Dr, or the lots on JCC Way past TreeRunner Adventure Park. See the map for more info.

Concessions

The JCC does not have a dedicated concession stand. They may have food trucks on site the day of the meet - we will send a follow-up email once those details are confirmed.
