Dear Typhoon Parents,

We are excited to kick off the 2026 Durant Trails Typhoons swim season with our Green & White "Mock Meet" next week!  This is a great opportunity for swimmers and families to do a run-through of meet procedures and for parents/guardians to try out different volunteer positions.

There will be 2 volunteer info sessions for new and returning parents/guardians to learn more about the volunteer roles.  See dates/times below to join:

• TH, 28 MAY @ 6:45 p.m.
• TH, 04 JUN @ 6:45 p.m.

The Green & White Meet will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd. We could not have swim meets without your support and truly appreciate your willingness to put the time in to make this season a success. Past years can attest to the lasting friendships that are developed when serving in these volunteer positions with other parents from our community.

We have included information about the volunteer roles in the links shared below:

Once you have a good understanding of the role(s) that suit you best, please visit the link listed at the bottom of this email to sign up. Any remaining slots will be open to the rest of the team prior to the scheduled meet, and you may be assigned a position that may not work for you and your family. Please, please, jump on and sign up early so you can fill the role that works best for you!
