I hope everyone had a great July 4th weekend! Below is information for our away meet against Riverwood tomorrow evening.

Directions, Parking, and Seating

The Riverwood pool is located at 205 Athletic Club Blvd, Clayton, NC 27527. There is plenty of parking in the lot; please enter through the outdoor pool gates. We will be set up on the outdoor facility pool deck however, races will be held within the indoor facility. There are lounge chairs but it is recommended to bring your own chairs. Riverwood requests that you watch your swimmers from the far end of the pool (opposite the starting blocks). 

Riverwood will be selling cheese and pepperoni pizza as well as an assortment of drinks, snacks, and candy. Pelican's SnoBalls will be there as well. For families looking to order whole pizzas, there is a Domino's (375 Athletic Blvd) and Papa John's (126 Pritchard Road) right in the immediate area if families want to pick up or have delivered.

Here is our AWAY Meet Schedule. Please be on time so your swimmer can warm up and the meet can start on time.

5:00pm: Swimmers and families arrive at the visitor pool

5:00pm-5:30pm: Swimmer check-in and get swimmer numbers on arms

5:30pm-5:55pm: Warmups

5:55pm-6:00pm: Typhoons Cheer

6:00pm: Start of Swim Meet

- Medley Relays (Age Groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18

- Freestyle (All Age Groups)

- Backstroke (All Age Groups)

- Breaststroke (All Age Groups)

- Butterfly (Age Groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18)

- Freestyle Relays (Age Groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18)

9:00pm-9:15pm: End of Swim Meet

TSA CHAMPIONSHIP MEET REMINDER

The deadline to submit your intent to swim in the TSA Championship Meet is two days away, Wednesday at noon.
